Desde la división de Healthcare de Expansion People, consultora de selección especializada, estamos gestionando la búsqueda de un/a Senior Business Developer en Barcelona para una compañía del sector salud en plena fase de expansión.

Misión del puesto:

El/la profesional será responsable del desarrollo de negocio en el sector sanitario, gestionando el ciclo completo de venta, desde la captación de clientes hasta el cierre de acuerdos, con un enfoque estratégico y orientado a resultados.

️ Funciones principales:

- Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta: prospección, negociación y cierre de propuestas en sector sanitario.

- Administrar la cartera de leads asignados y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

- Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de Marketing, Desarrollo y Dirección para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos.

- Analizar el mercado y adaptar las estrategias de crecimiento a la demanda y necesidades actuales. Así como asistencia a congresos y ferias del sector para captación de clientes.

Requisitos imprescindibles (abstenerse quienes no los cumplan):

- Experiencia en ventas B2B en sector salud en productos digitales o de salud digital. También se valoran perfiles con experiencia en gestión.

- Nivel alto de inglés.
