Desde Expansion People, consultora de selección especializada, estamos seleccionando un/a Médico/a Especialista en Medicina del Trabajo para incorporarse a un servicio de prevención consolidado en la zona de Baleares, en un entorno profesional orientado a la salud laboral y el bienestar corporativo.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Especialidad en Medicina del Trabajo vía MIR u homologada en España.
  • Valorable experiencia previa en servicios de prevención ajenos o propios.
  • Conocimiento en vigilancia de la salud, protocolos médicos laborales y gestión de IT.
  • Capacidad de organización y autonomía profesional.
  • Habilidades comunicativas y orientación al asesoramiento preventivo.

  • Vigilancia de la salud individual y colectiva de las personas trabajadoras.
  • Realización de reconocimientos médicos laborales.
  • Elaboración de informes de aptitud y seguimiento de adaptaciones de puesto.
  • Asesoramiento en prevención de riesgos laborales y promoción de la salud.
  • Coordinación con el equipo técnico de prevención y departamentos de RRHH.
