Die EXPED AG mit Sitz in Zürich und einer Niederlassung in den USA (Tacoma, WA) ist ein weltweit tätiges Schweizer KMU. Wir entwickeln und vertreiben hochwertige Outdoor\-Produkte wie Isomatten, Schlafsäcke, Zelte und Rucksäcke.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales\-Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Aussendienst Verkauf Schweiz (80–100%). Von unserem Sitz in Zürich aus betreust du den Sport\- und Outdoor\-Fachhandel in der Suisse Romande und in Teilen der Deutschschweiz. Du arbeitest selbständig, bist viel unterwegs und pflegst den persönlichen Kontakt zu den Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Fachhändler, entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen weiter und gewinnst neue Kunden
  • Du planst und budgetierst die Verkaufssaison in deinem Gebiet
  • Du führst Produkteschulungen durch und unterstützt den Handel mit einer Top Produktpräsentation
  • Du betreust deine Kunden persönlich an Verkaufstagen im TMC, an Fachmessen sowie über digitale Kanäle
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team in Zürich zusammen und bringst Markt\- und Kundenfeedback aktiv ein

Was du mitbringst

  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Französisch, mündlich und schriftlich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aussendienst oder Verkauf, idealerweise im Sport\- und Outdoor\- Fachhandelsumfeld
  • Outdoor und Bergsport sind Teil deiner Welt und du kannst Produkte glaubwürdig erklären und präsentieren
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine verbindliche Art
  • Interesse an Marktentwicklungen, neuen Trends und innovativen Produkten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM\-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Von Vorteil: Ein bestehendes Netzwerk im Schweizer Sport\- und Outdoor\-Fachhandel
