IT BEZ STAROSTÍ A LIDSKY. Přesně to nabízíme našim klientům a ty budeš ten, kdo jim v první linii pomůže, aby jejich IT fungovalo bezpečně, hladce a bez nervů.Máš zájem o IT a baví tě zjišťovat, proč něco nefunguje a jak to vyřešit? Máš odhodlání na sobě pracovat a učit se nové věci? Jsi pečlivý/á, spolehlivý/á a dokážeš se přizpůsobit situaci? Umíš mluvit s lidmi srozumitelně - i když nejsou "ajťáci" - a chceš, aby tvoje práce dávala druhým smysl? Pak hledáme právě tebe!Co u nás budeš dělat?- Samostatná a různorodá práce: Čeká tě pestrá kombinace práce v terénu i na dálku, žádný stereotyp.- Komunikace se zákazníky: Denně budeš v kontaktu se zákazníky osobně i telefonicky.- Technická podpora: Řešíš uživatelské požadavky, hledáš příčinu problémů a dotahuješ je do konce.- Hledání nových řešení: Budeš hledat vhodná řešení u specifických situací a problémů.- Sítě a servery: Podílíš se na monitoringu a konfiguraci sítí, serverů a související infrastruktury.- Správa systémů, HW a SW: Budeš se starat o pravidelnou správu, aktualizace a obměnu zařízení i softwaru.- Školení uživatelů: Zaškoluješ nové i stávající uživatele, aby se jim s technikou pracovalo jistě a v klidu.- Dokumentace: Povedeš technickou dokumentaci, aby se v ní vyznali i kolegové.Bez čeho se u nás neobejdeš?- Základní znalost Windows Serveru a Active Directory.- Obecná orientace v počítačových sítích (IP adresy, routery, switche, VPN…).- Znalost Microsoft 365 / Office 365 a Azure je výhodou, ne podmínkou - rádi tě doučíme.- Řidičský průkaz sk. B, aktivní řidič.- Angličtina minimálně na úrovni B1 - zvládneš dokumentaci a základní komunikaci.Co ti nabízíme?Práce u nás je pestrá, kreativní a smysluplná.
