IT BEZ STAROSTÍ A LIDSKY. Přesně to nabízíme našim klientům. Nemusíte vědět všechno. Stačí, když vás IT baví, chcete se učit a máte chuť pomoct lidem, aby jejich technika prostě fungovala.Baví vás zjišťovat, proč něco nefunguje? Jste pečlivý/á, spolehlivý/á a nesložíte se, když si nevíte rady hned? Umíte mluvit s lidmi v klidu a srozumitelně – i s těmi, pro které je počítač černá skříňka? Pak pojte růst s námi.Co u nás budete dělat?Technická podpora první linie: Přijímáte požadavky od uživatelů, řešíte běžné problémy s HW, SW i připojením – a čím dál víc zvládáte i složitější požadavky.Komunikace se zákazníky: Každý den jste v kontaktu s reálnými lidmi – osobně, telefonicky nebo na dálku. Klid a ochota se tady cení víc než technický slovník.Instalace a správa zařízení: Pomáháte s nasazováním počítačů, tiskáren a dalšího vybavení, řešíte aktualizace a základní údržbu.Microsoft 365 a uživatelské účty: Zakládáte účty, řešíte přístupy, pomáháte uživatelům s Outlookem, Teams nebo OneDrivem.Práce v terénu i na dálku: Kombinace výjezdů ke klientům a vzdálené podpory – žádný stereotyp.Dokumentace: Zapisujete, co jste řešil/a, aby se v tom vyznali i kolegové – a abyste to za půl roku věděl/a i vy sám/sama.Učení za pochodu: Starší kolegové vám předají know-how, vy je aktivně vstřebáváte. Zde není ostuda nevědět – ostuda je se neptat.Bez čeho se u nás neobejdete?Zájem o IT a chuť se v něm rozvíjet – to je základ, na kterém postavíme vše ostatní.Základní orientace v prostředí Windows (instalace, nastavení, řešení běžných problémů).Pečlivost, spolehlivost a schopnost dotáhnout věci do konce.Výhodou, ne podmínkou:Zkušenost s Active Directory nebo Microsoft 365.Základní znalost sítí (IP adresa, router, switch – víš, o čem mluvíme).Jakákoli praxe z IT (brigáda, škola, vlastní projekty, „opravoval/a jsem počítače kamarádům").Vhodné i pro absolventy.
