Job Description

Somos responsáveis por revolucionar o mercado brasileiro no atendimento de clientes B2B, com foco em resultados e encantamento do cliente.

O profissional será responsável pelo atendimento aos clientes que acionam a Central de Atendimento, garantindo a resolutividade das solicitações e atuando de forma proativa na identificação da causa raiz dos problemas. Atuará com foco em satisfação do cliente, entrega de valor e experiência positiva na jornada de atendimento, utilizando indicadores como CSAT, NPS®, SLA, produtividade, qualidade e redução de recontatos.

Quais serão às suas principais responsabilidades:

  • Resolução de demandas recebidas via canais digitais, voz e e-mail;
  • Relacionamento com clientes B2B (Pessoa Jurídica);
  • Entrega de indicadores de excelência em atendimento;
  • Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria na jornada do cliente;
  • Atuação proativa para evitar novos acionamentos;
  • Condução humanizada e resolutiva no primeiro contato;
  • Avaliação completa da jornada do cliente;
  • Regularização de acessos às soluções Serasa Experian;
  • Esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre soluções e processos internos;
  • Triagem de demandas sistêmicas e financeiras;
  • Comunicação clara, empática e alinhada aos valores da Experian Way;
  • Aprendizado contínuo e atualização de conhecimentos.

Qualifications

O que buscamos em você:

  • Ensino médio completo (ensino superior será um diferencial);
  • Experiência em atendimento B2B;
  • Técnicas de atendimento humanizado e resolutivo;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de e-mail e Microsoft Excel;
  • Desejável conhecimento em Zendesk, Salesforce, CSAT, NPS, Microsoft Teams e Outlook;
  • Proatividade, empatia e foco no cliente; Perfil solucionador de problemas; Boa gestão emocional e relacionamento interpessoal.
