A PROPOS DE L’EXPERIMENTAL MARAIS

L’Experimental Marais est un hôtel 5 étoiles de 43 chambres situé dans le quartier du Haut Marais à Paris. Experimental a confié la transformation du « Sinner », racheté en Octobre 2024, à l’architecte d'intérieur Tristan Auer (l’hôtel de Crillon, Les Bains, l’Hôtel du Louvre). Les lumières et l’esprit des lieux reflètent désormais le style et l’hospitalité de Experimental dans ce luxueux et audacieux écrin, disposant d'un restaurant , d'un bar à cocktail, d'un spa et d’une piscine.

Temple & Chapon, un vaste restaurant à la manière des grandes tables new-yorkaises, chères aux fondateurs de Experimental , et une carte signée par la chef Mélanie Serre.

A PROPOS DU POSTE

Le/La Commis Pâtisserie travaille sous la responsabilité de la Chef Mélanie Serre et de l'équipe pâtisserie. Il/Elle participe à la préparation des desserts, entremets et autres créations sucrées, tout en veillant au respect des normes d'hygiène et de qualité, contribuant ainsi à une expérience gourmande unique pour nos clients.

Dans ce sens, les missions sont les suivantes:

  • Participer à l’élaboration de la carte des desserts.
  • Assurer la production et la distribution des desserts dans un établissement de la restauration.
  • Application des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Port d’une tenue professionnelle conforme à la législation hygiène et sécurité.

A PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous avez une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire. Vous disposez d’une excellente maîtrise et connaissance des méthodes de cuisson, des produits, des équipements.

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et vous avez une forte appétence pour l’univers de la gastronomie.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des règles d'hygiène et êtes disponible pour travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
