Blickle AB är en av världens ledande tillverkare av hjul och länkhjul för industriella applikationer. Till Blickles svenska huvudkontor i Landskrona söker vi nu en engagerad och noggrann Innesäljare. Här får du en nyckelroll i ett litet sammansvetsat team där du får vara med och bidra till fortsatt hög kundservice och starka kundrelationer. Varmt välkommen med din ansökan!

Om rollen

Som Innesäljare är du ofta kundernas första kontakt med Blickle. Du ansvarar för att ge snabb, professionell och lösningsorienterad service samtidigt som du bygger långsiktiga relationer med kunder och samarbetspartners. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår: Teknisk rådgivning kring produkter och lösningar Hantera inkommande kundförfrågningar via telefon och mejl Ta fram offerter och följa upp affärsmöjligheter Registrera och administrera order i affärssystem Hantera returer och reklamationer Ge administrativt stöd till utesäljarna Bidra till att utveckla befintliga kundrelationer och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter

Du kommer att ha daglig kontakt med kunder som finns inom exempelvis industri, verkstad, logistik och teknisk handel mm. Du välkomnas till ett mindre säljteam, i ett stabilt bolag med stark marknadsposition.

Din profil

Erfarenhet av en roll inom innesälj, kundservice eller teknisk försäljning där kundkontakt varit en naturlig del av vardagen Erfarenhet från industri, verkstad, teknisk handel, grossistverksamhet eller industrinära försäljning Vana av att arbeta i affärssystem, meriterande med vana från SAP och Salesforce Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Du drivs av att ge kunder professionell service och ser värdet i att följa upp, återkoppla och säkerställa att varje kund får rätt hjälp. Du är noggrann, strukturerad och tar ansvar för dina uppgifter samtidigt som du trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor och ett högt tempo. Du uppskattar att arbeta nära kunder, är bekväm med att lyfta telefonen och har en naturlig känsla för service och affärsmässighet. Vi söker dig som tar stort eget ansvar och som vill hitta en arbetsplats att utvecklas och stanna på under lång tid.
