Vill du ta ett strategiskt ledarskap i en samhällsviktig verksamhet under förändring? Vi söker nu en erfaren interim chef för ett omfattande uppdrag inom offentlig sektor. Uppdraget innebär ett övergripande ansvar för verksamhet, ekonomi, personal och fortsatt utveckling av ett nationellt verksamhetsområde med cirka 500 medarbetare och chefer. Uppdraget genomförs hos en större statlig myndighet i Stockholmsområdet.

Om uppdraget Du ansvarar för att leda och vidareutveckla verksamheten utifrån fastställda mål, styrande regelverk och verksamhetens långsiktiga inriktning. Uppdraget omfattar bland annat: Strategisk verksamhetsledning Ledning genom underställda chefer Organisations- och förändringsutveckling Processutveckling och verksamhetsstyrning Budget- och resultatansvar Samverkan med ledning, myndigheter och externa intressenter Utveckling av strukturer, arbetssätt och uppföljningsmodeller

Verksamheten bedriver nationell verksamhet och finns representerad på flera orter i Sverige.

Vi söker dig som har Akademisk examen från universitet eller högskola Minst fem års erfarenhet av chefskap med verksamhets- och personalansvar Erfarenhet av att leda andra chefer Erfarenhet av att bygga upp, utveckla eller transformera verksamheter Erfarenhet av strategiskt ledningsgruppsarbete Dokumenterad erfarenhet av processutveckling och verksamhetsstyrning Erfarenhet av större förändringsinitiativ i komplexa organisationer Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Vi ser särskilt positivt på erfarenhet från: Statlig myndighet, kommun eller region Kontroll-, tillsyns-, gransknings- eller regelefterlevnadsverksamhet Nationella verksamheter med geografiskt spridd organisation Myndighetsövergripande samverkan Datadriven verksamhetsutveckling och processförbättring

Du har god analytisk förmåga, är van att hantera komplexa frågeställningar och skapar resultat genom andra. Du bygger förtroende, driver förändring och kan navigera effektivt i en miljö med många intressenter.
