Erfaren HR-ledare med gedigen bakgrund från statlig sektor? För ett längre interimsuppdrag hos Tillväxtverket söker vi nu en erfaren HR-chef som vill ta ett strategiskt och operativt ledaransvar under en övergångsperiod. Uppdraget passar dig som har lång erfarenhet av HR-ledning inom statlig myndighet och som trivs i en roll där du kombinerar verksamhetsutveckling, ledarskap och arbetsgivarfrågor. Om uppdraget Du kommer att ansvara för ledning och utveckling av en etablerad HR-funktion med cirka tio medarbetare. Rollen innebär ett övergripande ansvar för HR-verksamheten och omfattar såväl strategiska som operativa frågor. Du ingår i verksamhetens ledningsgrupp och förväntas bidra till organisationens fortsatta utveckling samtidigt som du säkerställer en stabil och kvalitativ HR-leverans. Arbetsområdena omfattar bland annat: Ledning av HR-enheten och dess medarbetare Personal-, verksamhets- och budgetansvar Arbetsgivarfrågor och samverkan Fackliga förhandlingar och relationer Kompetensförsörjning och ledarskapsutveckling Arbetsmiljö- och organisationsutvecklingsfrågor Förändringsledning och verksamhetsutveckling Deltagande i ledningsgruppsarbete

Vi söker dig som har Obligatoriska krav Minst 10 års erfarenhet som chef inom statlig myndighet. Erfarenhet av personal-, verksamhets- och budgetansvar. Minst 5 års erfarenhet som HR-chef med övergripande ansvar för HR-verksamhet. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av förändringsledning. Erfarenhet av samverkan och förhandling med fackliga organisationer. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda HR-arbete på både strategisk och operativ nivå. Mycket god förmåga att skapa förtroendefulla relationer och driva samarbete mellan olika intressenter.

Meriterande Erfarenhet från större statliga organisationer eller myndigheter. Erfarenhet av ledningsgruppsarbete på strategisk nivå. Erfarenhet av organisationsutveckling och förändringsresor. Erfarenhet av moderna HR-system och digitala HR-processer. Erfarenhet av arbete i komplexa verksamheter med många intressenter.

Personliga egenskaper Vi söker en trygg och prestigelös ledare som snabbt skapar förtroende i organisationen. Du är kommunikativ, affärsmässig och van att navigera i komplexa miljöer. Du har förmågan att kombinera ett strategiskt perspektiv med ett operativt driv och ett nära ledarskap.
