Vill du kombinera kommunikation, projektstöd och förändringsledning i en internationell industrimiljö? Jefferson Wells söker nu en Projektsupport för ett konsultuppdrag hos Siemens Energy. I rollen arbetar du nära olika delar av verksamheten med kommunikation, medarbetarengagemang, SharePoint och projektkoordinering. Vi söker dig som är drivande, strukturerad och trivs i en föränderlig miljö med många kontaktytor. Nu söker Jefferson Wells en Projektsupport för ett konsultuppdrag hos Siemens Energy.

Du blir en del av ett dynamiskt team med stort eget ansvar och många kontaktytor. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med flera intressenter och projekt, vilket passar dig som trivs i en föränderlig miljö och gillar att driva aktiviteter framåt.

Arbetsuppgifter * Stötta kommunikations- och engagemangsinitiativ inom verksamheten. * Skapa och uppdatera kommunikationsmaterial för olika målgrupper. * Utveckla och underhålla SharePoint-sidor och säkerställa aktuell information. * Koordinera, genomföra och följa upp aktiviteter inom flera projekt. * Stödja förändringsarbete och implementering av nya arbetssätt. * Samarbeta med olika intressenter för att säkerställa effektiv kommunikation och projektgenomförande.

Vi söker dig med utbildning inom * Kommunikation och PR * Medie- och kommunikationsvetenskap * HR eller personalvetenskap * Organisationsutveckling eller förändringsledning * Projektledning * Marknadsföring eller informationsdesign

Alternativt har du förvärvat motsvarande kompetens genom relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du: * Har ett starkt intresse för kommunikation, medarbetarengagemang och organisationsutveckling. * Är självgående, initiativtagande och trivs med att ta ansvar. * Har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift, svenska och engelska * Är van att arbeta i projektmiljöer där prioriteringar och förutsättningar kan förändras. * Är strukturerad, noggrann och har lätt för att samarbeta med olika intressenter. * Meriterande: Erfarenhet av SharePoint och Microsoft 365
