Om rollen

Som Supplier Quality Assurance ansvarar du för att säkerställa kvaliteten på komponenter och system genom ett nära samarbete med både leverantörer och interna intressenter. Du arbetar med att driva avvikelsehantering från start till mål och säkerställer att effektiva åtgärder implementeras för att förhindra återkommande kvalitetsproblem. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innefatta: Leda och samordna avvikelsehantering genom hela processen, från registrering till implementering och uppföljning. Säkerställa att leverantörer genomför korrekta grundorsaksanalyser (RCA) och tar fram hållbara korrigerande åtgärder. Analysera statistik och kvalitetsdata för att identifiera trender, följa upp genomförda åtgärder och upptäcka återkommande avvikelser. Ta fram rapporter och beslutsunderlag till kvalitets- och leverantörsmöten. Driva ständiga förbättringar inom kvalitetsprocesser och bidra till leverantörsutveckling. Samarbeta nära funktioner som strategiskt inköp, engineering, produktion, montage och logistik.

Du blir en del av ett kvalitets- och leverantörsutvecklingsteam med drygt 20 kollegor där Supplier Quality Assurance och Supplier Quality Engineers arbetar tillsammans för att säkerställa hög kvalitet i verksamhetens leveranser. Teamet präglas av samarbete, kunskapsutbyte och ett gemensamt fokus på att utveckla effektiva och hållbara arbetssätt.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har en relevant utbildning inom exempelvis maskinteknik, produktionsteknik, industriell teknik eller kvalitet. Alternativt har du förvärvat motsvarande kompetens genom arbetslivserfarenhet inom områden såsom produktion, logistik, inköp, engineering eller kvalitet. För rollen ser vi att du har: Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete, avvikelsehantering eller förbättringsarbete inom industriell verksamhet. God förståelse för materialflöden och kvalitetsstyrda processer. Förmåga att analysera data och omsätta resultat till konkreta förbättringsåtgärder.

Det är meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet av leverantörskvalitet eller leverantörsutveckling. Kunskaper i SAP. Erfarenhet från tillverkande industri eller tekniskt komplexa verksamheter.

Du har förmågan att se samband, identifiera grundorsaker och driva arbetet framåt med hög kvalitet. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor, vilket gör att du behöver vara kommunikativ och ha lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer med både kollegor och leverantörer. Du arbetar självständigt, tar ansvar för dina uppgifter och bidrar samtidigt till ett öppet och prestigelöst samarbete där kunskapsutbyte och gemensamma mål står i fokus.
