Du bist exam. Altenpfleger und kennst die Expert Select GmbH - Fachbereich Medical Care noch nicht? Dann wird es aber höchste Zeit dafür, denn wir haben neben einem MEGA gutem Betriebsklima und einem Einstiegsgehalt zwischen guten 4.100,00 EUR und 4.500,00 EUR + 1.000,00 EUR Wechselbonus noch so einiges mehr für unsere Pflegekräfte zu bieten. Wir sind als bundesweiterer und spezialisierter Personaldienstleister im Fachbereich Medical Care für unterschiedliche Einrichtungen wie Altenpflegeheime, Kliniken und Krankenhäusern mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen aktiv. Und wir wissen auch, dass wir unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu verdanken haben.

Daher gibt es bei uns kein klatschen auf der Straße zur Wertschätzung, sondern einen guten Lohn und ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima. Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben als Altenpfleger:

  • Durchführung einer individuellen und aktivierenden Pflege der Bewohner:innen
  • Umsetzung der Pflegedokumentation und -planung
  • Verantwortung der Medikamentenausgabe
  • Einhaltung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung

Darum bist Du unsere erste Wahl als Altenpfleger:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Berufseinsteiger oder erfahrene Fachkraft
  • Spaß an Deinem Beruf in der Pflege
  • Ein angenehmes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
