DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und IFRS

* Durchführung des monatlichen Konzernreportings im Accounting

* Erstellung und Abwicklung relevanter Steuermeldungen

* Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und fundierten Management-Analysen

* Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung, Forecasts und Finanzreporting

* Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Harmonisierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Finance- und Accounting-Prozessen

* Aktive Mitwirkung an der globalen ERP-Transformation

* Kompetente Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater

* Übernahme von Projektverantwortung und perspektivische Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Führungsverantwortung

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung oder Accounting, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im UGB und Steuerrecht, IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld

* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist

* Interesse daran, sich mittelfristig fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung für Projekte oder perspektivisch ein Team zu übernehmen
