Techniek, automatisering en probleemoplossend denken komen samen in deze functie als elektromechanieker in de regio Ardooie. Binnen een moderne productieomgeving zorgt een performant machinepark dagelijks voor een vlotte verwerking van producten. Om die continuïteit te garanderen, zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker die storingen efficiënt oplost, preventieve onderhoudswerken uitvoert en actief meewerkt aan technische optimalisaties. Een gevarieerde job met verantwoordelijkheid, technische uitdaging en ruimte voor initiatief.Wat ga je doe: - Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan geautomatiseerde productiemachines en technische installaties.- Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en elektromechanische storingen.- Onderzoeken van terugkerende defecten en uitwerken van structurele verbeteracties om stilstanden te beperken.- Meewerken aan technische optimalisatieprojecten rond betrouwbaarheid, rendement en machineprestaties.- Afstemmen met collega's van productie en technische dienst om een maximale beschikbaarheid van het machinepark te garanderen.- Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften binnen een gekoelde diepvriesomgeving. Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Industriële Elektriciteit of een gelijkwaardig technisch niveau door relevante ervaring.Technische uitdagingen geven energie en storingen vormen een interessante puzzel om op te lossen.Zowel elektrische als mechanische werkzaamheden liggen binnen de comfortzone.Een analytische ingesteldheid helpt om snel de oorzaak van problemen te achterhalen.Samenwerken verloopt vlot, met aandacht voor duidelijke communicatie en kennisdeling.Veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit staan centraal tijdens de werkzaamheden.Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands maakt een efficiënte samenwerking mogelijk.
