Commercieel talent en telefonisch klantencontact vormen de basis van deze functie als Call Agent in de regio Roeselare. Dagelijks staat het leggen van nieuwe contacten, het detecteren van opportuniteiten en het inplannen van kwalitatieve afspraken centraal. Dankzij een sterke opleiding, persoonlijke coaching en een professioneel team krijg je alle kansen om commerciële vaardigheden verder uit te bouwen binnen een stabiele werkomgeving met vaste daguren.Wat ga je doen:- Telefonisch contact opnemen met bedrijven en prospecten vanuit een kwalitatieve en actuele klantenportefeuille.- Producten en diensten professioneel voorstellen en inspelen op de behoeften van potentiële klanten.- Kwalitatieve afspraken inplannen voor de vertegenwoordigers en zorgen voor een goed gevulde agenda.- Contactgegevens, afspraken en commerciële informatie correct registreren in het systeem.- Een sterke eerste indruk nalaten en duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen vanaf het eerste gesprek.- Prospecten nauwgezet opvolgen zodat vertegenwoordigers optimaal voorbereid aan elk gesprek kunnen starten. Een diploma secundair onderwijs of een gelijkwaardige ervaring vormt een goede basis voor deze functie. Bij de opstart wordt een uitgebreide opleiding voorzien waarin zowel de producten als de commerciële aanpak aan bod komen. Nadien blijft professionele begeleiding en coaching een vast onderdeel van het traject, zodat verdere groei binnen sales mogelijk blijft.Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een commerciële ingesteldheid.Vlotte telefoonstem gecombineerd met luistervaardigheid en de capaciteit om gerichte vragen te stellen.Doorzettingsvermogen, resultaatgerichtheid en een positieve houding, ook tijdens uitdagende gesprekken.Goede digitale vaardigheden en snel vertrouwd met nieuwe software en CRM-systemen.Ervaring in telefonische prospectie, klantenservice of telemarketing is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en commerciële drive zijn doorslaggevend.
