Wil jij als kwaliteitsingenieur productieprocessen verbeteren en de kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen een technische omgeving naar een hoger niveau tillen? Voor een onderneming in Beveren-Leie zoeken we een kwaliteitsingenieur die mee vorm geeft aan het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en toeziet op de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen. In deze functie combineer je data-analyse, procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteitscontroles met een actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.De focus ligt op het voorkomen van kwaliteitsproblemen, het analyseren van afwijkingen en het structureel verbeteren van productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en het management om kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te vertalen naar concrete acties. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan betrouwbare producten, efficiënte processen en een hoge klanttevredenheid.Wat ga je doen:- Het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem opzetten, implementeren, onderhouden en continu verbeteren.- De naleving van kwaliteitsnormen, klantvereisten en interne procedures bewaken.- Productieprocessen en werkmethodes analyseren om afwijkingen en verbeterkansen op te sporen.- Procedures, werkinstructies en controleplannen opstellen, implementeren en actualiseren.- Inkomende kwaliteitscontroles, procescontroles en eindcontroles organiseren en opvolgen.- Non-conformiteiten registreren, onderzoeken en analyseren om de onderliggende oorzaken te achterhalen.- Corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen uitwerken, coördineren en opvolgen.- Kwaliteitsmetingen uitvoeren, gegevens analyseren en rapporten opstellen over trends en resultaten.- Nauw samenwerken met productie, engineering, aankoop en logistiek om kwaliteitsproblemen structureel aan te pakken.- Klachten analyseren en ondersteunen bij de opvolging en communicatie met klanten over kwaliteitskwesties.- Het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie versterken en initiatieven voor continue verbetering stimuleren. Een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in elektromechanica of mechanica, of gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring.Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving, idealiter aangevuld met ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement of kwaliteitscontrole.Een praktische en analytische ingesteldheid, met voldoende voeling met productieprocessen en de dagelijkse werking op de werkvloer.Een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.Interesse in kwaliteitscontrole, data-analyse, rapportering en procesoptimalisatie.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot samen te werken met operatoren, teamleaders, verschillende afdelingen en het management.Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om verbetertrajecten zelfstandig op te nemen en collega's hierbij te betrekken.Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen, kwaliteitssystemen en auditprocedures is een pluspunt.Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans en Engels vormt een extra troef.
