Voor een groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio Waregem zoeken we een Operator in 2 ploegen voor een functie binnen de textielindustrie. Als operator bedien en stel je productiemachines in, bewaak je het productieproces en controleer je de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte textielproducten. Technisch inzicht komt goed van pas bij het uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerken, machinewissels en het oplossen van storingen.Nauwkeurig werken, productieplanning opvolgen en tijdig bijsturen vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van de job. Dankzij een interne opleiding leer je de machines, productieprocessen en kwaliteitsvereisten van het bedrijf grondig kennen.Wat ga je doen:- Instellen en fijn afregelen van productiemachines volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en productievoorschriften.- Opvolgen van de productieplanning en zorgen dat geplande producties tijdig worden afgewerkt.- Controleren van machine-instellingen en parameters tijdens het productieproces.- Uitvoeren van preventief basisonderhoud aan de productiemachines.- Opsporen en verhelpen van kleine technische storingen.- Omstellen van machines bij productwissels.- Vervangen en correct monteren van onderdelen tijdens machinewissels.- Het productieproces continu bewaken en instellingen bijsturen waar nodig.- Opvolgen van rendement, productiesnelheid en efficiëntie van de productielijn.- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afgewerkte textielproducten.- Afwijkingen in het productieproces of eindproduct tijdig signaleren.- Veilig en ordelijk werken volgens de interne procedures. Bij voorkeur een technisch A2-diploma of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.Relevante ervaring als operator, machinebediener of productieoperator is een troef.Technisch inzicht en interesse in productie- en machinebediening.Gestructureerde werkhouding met aandacht voor kwaliteit en detail.Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.Bereidheid om technische storingen en kleine onderhoudswerken aan te pakken.Productieplanning en technische werkinstructies nauwkeurig kunnen opvolgen.Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor de eigen productielijn en afgewerkte producten.Goede kennis van het Nederlands voor communicatie, werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften.Rustig en nauwkeurig kunnen blijven werken tijdens drukke productiemomenten.Bereidheid om op lange termijn binnen een productieomgeving te werken.Flexibel inzetbaar binnen een 2-ploegenstelsel.
