Projecten rond ramen en deuren in aluminium en PVC vragen strakke coördinatie, technische precisie en een sterke opvolging van A tot Z. In de rol van Projectmanager buitenschrijnwerk (bouwonderneming klasse 8) in regio Waregem ligt de volledige projectverantwoordelijkheid bij jou: van voorbereiding en planning tot budgetbewaking, kwaliteitscontrole en definitieve oplevering.Binnen een omgeving waar vakmanschap en efficiëntie centraal staan, wordt nauw samengewerkt met interne diensten, leveranciers en plaatsingsploegen om elk project technisch correct én binnen timing op te leveren.Wat ga je doen:- Het vertalen van lastenboeken en technische dossiers naar een realistische en gestructureerde projectplanning met duidelijke milestones en kritieke paden.- Actieve opvolging van budgetten, kostprijsanalyse en margebewaking, met tijdige bijsturing bij afwijkingen.- Detecteren van risico’s binnen planning, uitvoering en logistiek, en uitwerken van preventieve acties om kwaliteit, veiligheid en timing te garanderen.- Coördinatie van alle projectstakeholders: klanten, architecten, studiebureaus, productie, plaatsingsteams en leveranciers binnen aluminium en PVC buitenschrijnwerk.- Toezien op technische conformiteit en kwaliteitsnormen binnen ramen en deuren (aluminium en PVC), inclusief controle van uitvoeringsdetails.- Structureren en beheren van volledige projectdossiers: plannen, meetstaten, technische fiches, verslagen en voortgangsrapportering.- Organiseren en opvolgen van voorlopige en definitieve opleveringen, inclusief nazorg en eventuele bijsturingen na uitvoering. Bachelor bouwkunde, industrieel ingenieur bouw of gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring.Ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager binnen de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in buitenschrijnwerk, gevelbouw of schrijnwerkprojecten.Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, aangevuld met functionele kennis van Engels en Frans voor werf- en leverancierscommunicatie.Sterk organisatorisch vermogen met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.Communicatie verloopt helder en verbindend, met vlotte afstemming tussen verschillende partijen op de werf en in het atelier.Nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht gaan hand in hand, ook bij complexe dossiers of strakke deadlines.Affiniteit met buitenschrijnwerk (aluminium en PVC ramen en deuren), met aandacht voor detail, afwerking en technische kwaliteit.Stressbestendigheid en beslissingskracht bij meerdere parallel lopende projecten.
