Ramen en deuren in PVC en aluminium vormen de basis van duurzame en kwalitatieve bouwprojecten. In de regio Waregem biedt deze functie als schrijnwerker de mogelijkheid om technisch vakmanschap volledig te benutten binnen een modern en goed uitgerust atelier.Binnen een stabiele en collegiale werkomgeving ligt de focus op precisie, afwerking en veiligheid. Afhankelijk van ervaring en interesse kan de rol worden uitgebreid met ondersteuning op de werf, wat zorgt voor extra variatie in het takenpakket.Wat ga je doen:- Verwerken van PVC-profielen in het atelier, inclusief verzagen en waar nodig versterken met staalinlagen.- Uitvoeren van CNC-bewerkingen zoals infrezingen, uitsparingen en ontwateringen met precisie en conform technische plannen.- Lassen van raamprofielen met een 4-kops lasmachine tot een kwalitatief en strak eindproduct.- Afwerken van raam- en deurconstructies: reinigen met hoekenpoetsmachine, monteren van beslag en volledige assemblage.- Verzagen en plaatsen van glaslatten en zorgen voor een correcte afwerking van het geheel.- Ondersteunen bij aluminium schrijnwerk indien ervaring aanwezig is, met toepassing binnen een gemengd productgamma PVC en aluminium.- Werken volgens technische plannen, met constante aandacht voor maatvoering, kwaliteit en afwerkingsgraad.- Strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en correcte toepassing van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s).- Zorgen dat elk eindproduct de interne kwaliteitscontrole probleemloos doorloopt. Technische opleiding in hout, bouw, PVC, aluminium of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Ervaring in schrijnwerk, ramen en deuren of productie-atelier is een sterke troef.Kennis van PVC en/of aluminium schrijnwerk is een pluspunt; interne opleiding wordt voorzien waar nodig.VCA-attest is aanwezig of kan op korte termijn behaald worden.Technisch sterk en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail en afwerking.Plannen vlot kunnen lezen en vertalen van technische instructies naar correct uitgevoerde stukken.Werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert even goed binnen een team in ateliercontext.Denkt oplossingsgericht en stuurt bij waar nodig om kwaliteit te garanderen.Veiligheidsbewust en consequent in het toepassen van procedures en werkinstructies.Gemotiveerd door tastbaar resultaat binnen schrijnwerk en productie.
