Als storingstechnieker of onderhoudstechnieker in Waregem sta je in voor het technisch onderhoud en de optimale werking van een industrieel machinepark. Binnen een klein technisch team spoor je storingen op, voer je herstellingen uit en verbeter je bestaande productie-installaties. De functie combineert mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud met technische aanpassingen en preventieve onderhoudswerken. Dankzij de dagdienst en de interne begeleiding krijg je de kans om technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en actief mee te werken aan een betrouwbaar productieproces.Wat ga je doen:- Storingen en pannes aan industriële machines en productie-installaties opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen.- Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische systemen.- Productiemachines ombouwen, technische aanpassingen uitvoeren en installaties moderniseren, onder meer op het vlak van motoren, elektrische sturingen en beveiligingen.- Elektrische en mechanische defecten onderzoeken en duurzame oplossingen uitwerken om terugkerende problemen te voorkomen.- Onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uitvoeren aan machinegebonden en gebouwgebonden technische installaties.- Productiestilstanden beperken door technische problemen tijdig te detecteren en gerichte verbeteringen door te voeren.- Meedenken over optimalisaties die de veiligheid, bedrijfszekerheid en efficiëntie van het machinepark verhogen. Een technisch diploma op A2- of bachelorniveau vormt de basis, bijvoorbeeld in elektromechanica, industriële elektriciteit, mechanisch onderhoud of een aanverwante richting.Elektrische schema’s lezen en interpreteren vormt geen probleem.Kennis van mechanische montagetechnieken en inzicht in elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische systemen zijn belangrijke troeven.Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk om technische informatie te begrijpen en veilig samen te werken; basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.Ervaring met een rolbrug, hoogtewerker of heftruck is mooi meegenomen.Zelfstandig storingen analyseren en doelgericht naar oplossingen zoeken gaat hand in hand met een constructieve samenwerking binnen het technische team.Een proactieve werkhouding en oog voor preventief onderhoud dragen bij aan een vlot draaiend productieproces.
