Empresa Ferretera requiere un ANALISTA DE COMPRAS E INVENTARIO, para su tienda ubicada en Barquisimeto.

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO: Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar las operaciones de adquisición de mercancía y el control de inventarios, asegurando el stock óptimo de productos ferreteros, la negociación eficiente con proveedores y la disponibilidad inmediata para el área de ventas.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Analizar los niveles de rotación de inventario para generar órdenes de compra oportunas y evitar quiebres de stock.
  • Negociar condiciones de compra, precios, plazos de pago y tiempos de entrega con proveedores del ramo ferretero.
  • Realizar y auditar inventarios cíclicos y generales, gestionando la conciliación de diferencias en sistema.
  • Evaluar el desempeño de proveedores y realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de las entregas de mercancía.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DEL CARGO:

  • Nivel Educativo: Universitario / TSU en Administración, Contaduría, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo tres (3) a cinco (5) años de experiencia comprobable en análisis de compras, gestión de inventarios y negociación (preferiblemente en el ramo ferretero).
  • Habilidad numérica, capacidad analítica, sentido de urgencia y orientación al logro.

COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES DESEADAS:

  • Dominio de sistema Profit Plus y Excel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Capacidad de negociación y relación efectiva con proveedores.
  • Gestión, control e investigación de desviaciones de inventario.
  • Capacidad analítica y planificación estratégica de compras.
  • Conocimiento de productos del ramo ferretero (deseable).
