Empresa requiere una ¨Contador Público¨ para su oficina ubicada en Barquisimeto, Edo. Lara con el siguiente prefil.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DEL CARGO:

Nivel Educativo: Licenciado en Contaduría Pública.

Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años en cargos similares.

Conocimientos Especiales:

  • Leyes Venezolanas Actualizadas: Dominio de la LOTTT, COT (Código Orgánico Tributario), Ley de IVA, ISLR y la Ley de Grandes Transacciones Financieras (IGTF).
  • Normativa Contable: Aplicación estricta de las VEN-NIF (Normas de Información Financiera adoptadas en Venezuela) para PYMES o Grandes Entidades.
  • Sistemas Administrativos/Contables: Manejo avanzado de softwares comunes en el mercado local como Saint Enterprise, Profit Plus, Gálac o SAP.
  • Contabilidad Multimoneda: Registro, control y facturación de operaciones en Bolívares (VES) y divisas (USD), incluyendo el manejo de tasas oficiales del BCV.

Competencias y Habiliades:

  • Pensamiento Analítico: Capacidad para interpretar datos financieros y proponer estrategias de optimización fiscal legal.
  • Atención al Detalle: Rigor en la revisión de libros contables y declaraciones para evitar multas o sanciones de entes reguladores.
  • Adaptabilidad y Resiliencia: Capacidad para mantenerse al día con los constantes cambios macroeconómicos y regulatorios de Venezuela.
  • Ética y Confidencialidad: Alto sentido de la honestidad y discreción en el manejo de la información financiera de la empresa.
  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para explicar reportes financieros complejos a la gerencia de forma sencilla.

Responsabilidades del Cargo:

  • Gestión Fiscal y Tributaria: Declaración y pago de impuestos nacionales (IVA, ISLR, Retenciones) ante el SENIAT, así como los tributos municipales (Actividad Económica) ante la SEMAT de la Alcaldía de Iribarren o Palavecino.
  • Estados Financieros: Preparación, análisis y presentación de balances generales, estados de ganancias y pérdidas, y flujos de efectivo bajo normas vigentes.
  • Cumplimiento Parafiscal: Gestión y solvencia ante organismos del Estado como el IVSS, BANAVIH, INCES y FAOV.
  • Control de Costos e Inventarios: Monitoreo de activos y existencias (crucial si la empresa es del sector comercial o agroindustrial en las zonas industriales de Barquisimeto).
  • Auditoría Interna: Revisión de cuentas de gastos, cuentas por cobrar/pagar y conciliaciones bancarias (multimoneda).

Competencias y/o Habilidades Requeridas.Manejo de excel, Pensamiento Analítico, Atención al Detalle, Adaptabilidad y Resiliencia, Ética y Confidencialidad, Comunicación Asertiva.
