Boom Solutions busca personal para el cargo de EJECUTIVO DE VENTAS CALLCENTER en Barquisimeto, estado Lara, con el siguiente perfil:

¿Tienes facilidad de palabra, te apasiona convencer y no te rindes ante un "no"? En nuestro equipo no buscamos cerradores tradicionales: queremos personas dinámicas, con chispa y enfocadas en romper metas.

-Tu Misión

Ser la voz que conecta nuestras mejores soluciones con clientes potenciales. Tu objetivo principal será transformar llamadas telefónicas en relaciones comerciales exitosas y ventas cerradas.

-¿Qué harás en tu día a día? (Funciones)

  • Conectar: Realizar llamadas salientes (outbound) a clientes potenciales para presentar nuestro portafolio de productos/servicios.
  • Detectar necesidades: Escuchar activamente al cliente para ofrecerle la solución que realmente necesita.
  • Manejo de objeciones: Rebatir dudas con argumentos sólidos, empatía y fluidez verbal.
  • Cierre de ventas: Concretar acuerdos comerciales y registrar cada venta exitosa en el sistema.
  • Seguimiento eficiente: Mantener actualizado el CRM y hacer seguimiento a prospectos interesados.

-¿Qué buscamos en ti? (Requisitos)

  • Experiencia previa en ventas (deseable en Call Center, telemercadeo o intangibles).
  • Comunicación asertiva, persuasión y excelente dicción.
  • Enfoque total en el cumplimiento de metas y comisiones.
  • Resiliencia, buena actitud y manejo del rechazo.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas y sistemas CRM.
