The posting

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un TÉCNICO INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICISTA proactivo, responsable y orientado a resultados para sumarse a nuestro equipo de mantenimiento industrial.

El objetivo principal del cargo es garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y la disponibilidad operativa de los sistemas eléctricos, tableros y maquinaria de la planta.

​Funciones Principales

  • ​Ejecutar planes de mantenimiento eléctrico preventivo y correctivo en maquinaria pesada, líneas de producción y equipos industriales.
  • ​Diagnosticar y reparar fallas en tableros de fuerza y control, sistemas de iluminación industrial y motores eléctricos (trifásicos y monofásicos).
  • ​Monitorear y mantener en buen estado variadores de frecuencia, arrancadores suaves, relés y componentes de automatización/control (PLC, sensores, etc.).
  • ​Interpretar y actualizar diagramas y esquemas eléctricos industriales.
  • ​Cumplir estrictamente con las normas de seguridad industrial, uso de Equipos de
  • Protección Personal (EPP) y protocolos de consignación/bloqueo.
  • ​Elaborar reportes técnicos de las intervenciones y fallas detectadas.

​Requisitos del Perfil

  • Nivel Educativo: Técnico Medio Industrial, TSU en Electricidad, Electrotecnia, Mantenimiento Industrial o área afín.
  • ​Experiencia: Mínimo [3] años de experiencia demostrable en posiciones similares dentro
  • del sector industrial.

​Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • ​Lectura e interpretación avanzada de planos y diagramas eléctricos.
  • ​Manejo de instrumentos de medición (multímetro, pinza amperimétrica, etc.).
  • ​Diagnóstico de fallas en motores, tableros eléctricos y sistemas de potencia.
  • Conocimientos en variadores de velocidad y nociones básicas de automatización.

​Competencias: Capacidad de análisis, trabajo bajo presión, orientación al detalle y alto compromiso con la seguridad.
