  • Accueillir, conseiller et orienter les clients avec professionnalisme afin de garantir une expérience de qualité ;
  • Assurer un service au comptoir efficace et personnalisé, en veillant à répondre aux attentes de la clientèle ;
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et apporter des solutions adaptées en fonction de leurs demandes ;
  • Participer aux activités de production pharmaceutique dans le respect des procédures en vigueur ;
  • Réaliser les préparations magistrales avec rigueur et conformément aux prescriptions ;
  • Contribuer à la gestion des stocks et à l'organisation de l'espace de vente, afin d'assurer une disponibilité optimale des produits ;
  • Fournir aux clients les informations essentielles relatives à l'utilisation des produits pour garantir une prise en charge sécurisée ;
  • Informer et sensibiliser les clients sur la posologie, la conformité des prescriptions, les conditions de conservation, ainsi que les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité liées à l'usage des produits ;
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec la clientèle en offrant un accompagnement personnalisé et en favorisant la fidélisation.

Vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil ci-dessous ? Cette opportunité d'assistant·e pharmacien·ne pourrait être faite pour vous :

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'Assistant·e en Pharmacie ;
  • Disposer de compétences en assistance pharmaceutico-technique, ou d'une formation équivalente ;
  • Une expérience en milieu hospitalier constitue un atout important ;
  • Répondre aux exigences légales en matière de bilinguisme : vous possédez une bonne maîtrise de la seconde langue nationale ou êtes disposé·e à la développer (cours de langues organisés en interne durant le temps de travail, avec possibilité d'obtenir une prime de bilinguisme SELOR de 150 € bruts, sous réserve de la remise du certificat Selor Art. 10) ;
