Ben jij een verpleegkundige die zich helemaal thuis voelt tijdens de nachturen? Heb je een hart voor ouderenzorg en zorg jij ervoor dat bewoners op beide oren kunnen slapen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor een woonzorgcentrum in de regio Vilvoorde zoeken we een enthousiaste nachtverpleegkundige die zo snel mogelijk kan opstarten voor een deeltijdse opdracht van minstens twee maanden, met kans op verlenging.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als nachtverpleegkundige ben jij tijdens de nacht een belangrijke vertrouwenspersoon voor de bewoners. Je waakt over hun gezondheid, veiligheid en comfort en zorgt ervoor dat ze de nodige ondersteuning krijgen.
  • Je staat in voor de verpleegkundige zorgen tijdens de nacht.
  • Je dient medicatie toe en voert de nodige verpleegtechnische handelingen uit.
  • Je volgt de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners op en grijpt gepast in wanneer nodig.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning en geruststelling aan bewoners die hier tijdens de nacht nood aan hebben.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht aan de dagploeg.
  • Je registreert je observaties en handelingen zorgvuldig in het zorgdossier.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of HBO5/graduaat) en een geldig visum.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteitsvolle, persoonsgerichte zorg.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent verantwoordelijk en blijft rustig in onverwachte situaties.
  • Je bent bereid om deeltijds (19 uur per week) in nachtdiensten te werken.
  • Je bent zo snel mogelijk beschikbaar voor een opdracht van minstens twee maanden.
  • Ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een pluspunt!
