Een passie voor acute zorg en interesse in cardiologie?

Voor een ziekenhuis in Antwerpen zoeken we een projectverpleegkundige die het team van de afdeling Short Stay Cardio komt versterken.

Deze afdeling ontvangt patiënten voor en na cardiologische procedures en biedt een unieke combinatie van technische zorg, observatie en begeleiding. Je volgt patiënten nauwgezet op, herkent veranderingen in hun toestand en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich tijdens hun verblijf veilig en ondersteund voelen.

Wat deze opdracht zo boeiend maakt? De afwisseling. Je combineert verpleegtechnische handelingen met klinisch redeneren en werkt nauw samen met artsen en collega's om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Je observeert en begeleidt patiënten voor en na cardiologische onderzoeken en ingrepen.
  • Je staat in voor telemetriemonitoring en volgt patiënten nauwkeurig op.
  • Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij ADL-zorg waar nodig.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en familieleden.
  • Je werkt mee aan een veilige en kwalitatieve zorgomgeving.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen zelfstandig werken en samenwerken binnen het team.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een verpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een diploma bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde.
  • Heb je interesse in cardiologie of acute zorg.
  • Is ervaring binnen cardiologie een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en heb je een sterk observatievermogen.
  • Ben je communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig.
  • Sta je open voor een variabel uurrooster.
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor een voltijdse opdracht.
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs B.
