Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Therwil, suchen wir per sofort(innerhalb Wochenfrist) für eine Festanstellung eine/n

Sachbearbeiter/in Payroll & Personaladministration 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • selbstständige Vorbereitung, Verarbeitung und Kontrolle der monatlichen Lohnabrechnungen mit besonderem Fokus auf Euro-Nettolöhne
  • Abwicklung und Koordination sämtlicher relevanter Sozialversicherungsangelegenheiten in der Schweiz, inklusive AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, UVG und Krankentaggeldversicherung, sowie Kinderzulagen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Personalstammdaten, Vertragsänderungen und weiteren lohnrelevanten Informationen im Lohnprogramm Infoniqa
  • Erstellung von Lohnbescheinigungen, Arbeitsbestätigungen sowie weiteren personalbezogenen Dokumenten und Meldungen
  • Kompetente Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zu Lohnabrechnungen, Kinderzulagen und Sozialversicherungen
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten, termingerechten und nachvollziehbaren Lohnverarbeitung sowie Abstimmung lohnrelevanter Daten
  • aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Personal- und Lohnprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen oder in der Lohnadministration, zwingend in der Schweiz
  • Praxiserfahrung im Schweizer Sozialversicherungsbereich
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Lohnverarbeitung und in der Personaladministration
  • gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsprozesse
  • Erfahrung mit Lohnabrechnungen in Euro bzw. mit Euro-Nettolohnmodellen ist von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) sowie solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • sehr gute Zahlenaffinität sowie eine exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Diskretion und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Personaldaten
  • gute IT-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Lohnsoftware Infoniqa
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
