Desenvolver e manter modelos estatísticos e de Machine Learning aplicados a problemas de negócio, contribuindo para a geração de insights e soluções analíticas de impacto. Atuar de forma autônoma no ciclo completo de ciência de dados, da exploração à implantação, colaborando com times multidisciplinares e apoiando decisões operacionais e táticas com base em dados estruturados e não estruturados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, treinar e validar modelos preditivos e descritivos, aplicando técnicas estatísticas e de machine learning para identificar padrões e tendências relevantes ao negócio. Traduzir requisitos e problemas de negócio em questões analíticas objetivas, propondo abordagens técnicas adequadas e executando as soluções com autonomia. Apoiar a Engenharia de Dados na estruturação, transformação e limpeza de dados, assegurando qualidade e integridade nas bases utilizadas nos modelos. Documentar o ciclo de vida dos modelos desenvolvidos, registrando lógica, premissas, versões, parâmetros e resultados de validação, garantindo reprodutibilidade e rastreabilidade. Monitorar o desempenho e a acurácia dos modelos implantados, identificando necessidades de ajuste ou retreinamento para manter sua relevância e eficácia. Desenvolver dashboards e visualizações de dados, facilitando a comunicação dos resultados analíticos para stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos. Definir e acompanhar métricas de performance das soluções analíticas, contribuindo para o alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da organização. Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares: negócio, engenharia e produto, garantindo o alinhamento técnico e a aplicabilidade das soluções desenvolvidas. Reportar aos líderes sobre o andamento dos projetos, resultados obtidos e eventuais dificuldades, assegurando transparência e continuidade das entregas. Acompanhar e apoiar auditorias internas e externas, assegurando aderência a políticas corporativas, requisitos regulatórios e práticas de segurança da informação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência como Cientista de Dados;Ensino Superior completo em matemática, estatística, engenharias ou tecnologia da informação; Experiência prática com Python aplicado à ciência de dados; Conhecimento de bibliotecas e frameworks de Machine Learning; Conhecimento no desenvolvimento de projetos de Inteligência Artificial Generativa (LLMs, Agentes); Cursos de qualificação ou formação na área de Dados;Desejável vivência nos segmentos de logística e transporte.
