Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and closing sales deals. You will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and market trends. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required, but readiness to engage with clients and effectively promote our offerings is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to introduce our products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated skills in sales and customer relations
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about engaging with new people
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new methodologies in sales

Employment Terms

This position is offered on a contractor basis, where a fixed amount is paid for each successful sale, with additional bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
