Gesucht: IT\-Führung auf Geschäftsleitungs\- oder Bereichsebene, eine selbst verantwortete SAP\-Einführung, Erfahrung in der Chemie\- oder Prozessindustrie (zwingend) sowie Unabhängigkeit. Aufwand rund 20\-35 Tage pro Jahr.

Für ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen besetzen wir vertraulich einen Sitz im Verwaltungsrat. Das Unternehmen will IT, Digitalisierung und künstliche Intelligenz gezielt auf Stufe Verwaltungsrat verankern und sucht dafür eine unabhängige Persönlichkeit mit eigener Umsetzungserfahrung. Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung des Gremiums nach . 716a OR mit und übernehmen das Ressort IT, Digitalisierung und KI \- als fachlicher Sparringpartner der Geschäftsführung, kritisch, aber konstruktiv.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gremium: Strategie, Oberaufsicht, Risiko\- und Finanzaufsicht, Compliance sowie Begleitung der wichtigsten Projekte und Investitionen
  • ERP: kritische Begleitung von ERP\-Vorhaben \- Projektplan, Budget, Meilensteine und Go\-Live
  • Digitalisierung und KI: Vorhaben bewerten und priorisieren; KI\-Anwendungen mit messbarem Nutzen identifizieren
  • IT\-Risiken und IT\-Organisation: Cybersecurity und Informationssicherheit im Risikomanagement verankern; Organisation, Sourcing und Dienstleister beurteilen

Ihr Profil

  • IT\-Führung: Verantwortung für IT auf Geschäftsleitungs\- oder Bereichsleitungsebene
  • SAP: mindestens eine selbst verantwortete \- nicht nur begleitete \- SAP\-Einführung oder \-Migration; fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP\-Prozesse
  • Chemie \- zwingend: Berufserfahrung in der (Spezial\-)Chemie oder einer verwandten Prozessindustrie; Verständnis für Produktion, Anlagensicherheit, Produktzulassung und Umweltauflagen
  • Management: mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit Ergebnis\- oder Bereichsverantwortung und Mitwirkung an Strategiefragen auf oberster Stufe
  • Unabhängigkeit: keine operative Haupttätigkeit mehr und keine Interessenkonflikte \- insbesondere keine Geschäftsbeziehung zu Wettbewerbern, Lieferanten oder IT\-Dienstleistern des Unternehmens
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie prüfen IT\-Vorhaben auf Nutzen, Risiko und Umsetzbarkeit und machen sie für Nicht\-Fachleute verständlich; teamfähig im kleinen Gremium; Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Erwünscht: Gremienerfahrung als Verwaltungsrat, Aufsichts\- oder Beiratsmitglied; ein selbst verantwortetes KI\-Projekt; internationale Erfahrung

Das Mandat

Der Aufwand liegt bei rund 20\-35 Tagen pro Jahr, zu Beginn eher am oberen Rand. Das Mandat ist mit weiteren Verwaltungsrats\- und Beiratsmandaten vereinbar. Vergütung und Amtsdauer besprechen wir im persönlichen Gespräch.
