Actualmente, buscamos incorporar un/a Gestor/a de Televenta (Conctact Center) para nuestras oficinas de Barcelona. Representarás a una marca líder a nivel mundial de Gran Consumo, promocionando sus productos y asegurando el crecimiento de sus marcas a través de la venta telefónica.

🎯¿Qué harás en este puesto?

Como integrante de nuestro equipo de televenta, tus funciones principales serán:

  • Emisión de llamadas comerciales a supermercados para la venta del catálogo de la marca representada.
  • Detectar necesidades y ofrecer asesoramiento personalizado para maximizar el volumen de pedidos.
  • Negociar promociones y lanzamientos para ampliar el surtido en los puntos de venta.
  • Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de pedidos, asegurando una excelente experiencia de cliente.
  • Reportar la actividad en el sistema CRM para ayudar a mejorar la estrategia de venta mediante el análisis de datos.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos diarios y mensuales de ventas y calidad.

🙌¿Eres la persona que buscamos?

Serás el/la candidato/a ideal si cuentas con:

  • Habilidades de comunicación: excelente fluidez verbal y capacidad de conectar con el cliente a través del teléfono.
  • Habilidades comerciales y orientación a resultados, que le permitan el cierre de la venta.
  • Experiencia previa: valoraremos positivamente tu trayectoria en televenta o gestión comercial en el sector gran consumo.
  • Dominio de herramientas: agilidad en el uso de sistemas CRM y herramientas ofimáticas básicas.
