We're looking for an exceptional leasing and financing specialist to help scale and lead the next phase of digital transformation.
This is a highly strategic role responsible for tailoring and presenting financing solutions to Customers. You will play a critical role in driving quality pipeline growth, working with various Sales Teams, collaborating with Partners, and driving revenue growth through financial offerings.
The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who is results-driven, and brings a relentless focus on communication, building relationships, and excelling in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Sales, Partners, Operations, and Credit to ensure the organization meets or exceeds targets.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales organization to identify financing / leasing opportunities
- Coordinate with white label / third party banks that support Extreme Capital Solutions Customers
- Maintain accurate sales cycle via SFDC and pipeline management
- Facilitate sales meetings and presentations where required
- Provide relevant feedback from clients to Sales, Credit, Channel and Syndication Partners
- Collaborate with the Extreme Capital Solutions Operations Team to ensure transactions meet all Commercial Equipment Finance underwriting and documentation requirements
- Proactively offer ideas and suggestions for process improvements and Sales materials
- Meet Sales goals as determined by management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of experience in Leasing or equipment finance sales required
- As-a-Service Business Models knowledge is a plus
- Advanced sales negotiation, and deal closing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel within a team sales approach
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong knowledge of equipment/service and consumption financing products as well as industry standards and regulations
- Firm grasp of PV calculations, financial analysis and lease/finance pricing
Location & Reporting
- Position Type: Full-time, Remote

- Travel: Occasional travel required
- Reports To: Extreme Capital Solutions Operations Manager
Compensation: This role has a market-competitive compensation with an anticipated base compensation range of 150,000 to 180,000 USD. The posted range reflects the amount Extreme Networks reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role upon hire. This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria based on skills, experience, responsibility, and working conditions. Actual compensation offered will depend on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and work location. This role is also eligible for commission on a 70/30 split, and the full benefits package described below.
