Ben jij een nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte professional? Voor een logistieke organisatie zijn we op zoek naar jou! Jij speelt een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse opvolging van transporten en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt bij de verdeling en opvolging van transportopdrachten.
  • Je maakt laad- en losoverzichten op en zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs over de juiste documenten beschikken.
  • Je volgt ritten op, signaleert afwijkingen en zoekt mee naar praktische oplossingen bij vertragingen of wijzigingen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met chauffeurs en stemt belangrijke informatie af met interne afdelingen.
  • Je controleert de inzetbaarheid en bezetting van voertuigen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte rittenplanning.
  • Je verzorgt diverse administratieve taken en springt indien nodig bij aan het onthaal of loket.

We zoeken een kandidaat die gestructureerd werkt en het overzicht behoudt, zelfs wanneer prioriteiten snel veranderen. Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met verschillende betrokkenen en denkt in oplossingen.

  • Je hebt interesse in transport en logistiek.
  • Administratief werk en het werken met planningsgegevens liggen je goed.
