Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel te woord staan, vragen beantwoorden en problemen oplossen.
  • Diverse administratieve taken uitvoeren, zoals contractverlengingen, gegevens aanpassen, opvolgen van dossiers en klachtenbehandeling.
  • Zorgen dat klanten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen, zelfs tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Opportuniteiten signaleren voor extra aanbiedingen aan jouw klanten.

  • Heb je ervaring in klantcontact?
  • Ben je in staat om onder druk te presteren en stress te beheersen?
  • Ben je bereid om in een flexibel rooster te werken, inclusief zaterdagwerk?

  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs in een commerciële of administratieve richting of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Bijna perfecte tweetaligheid (Nederlands en Frans).

  • Een luisterend oor en de capaciteit om oplossingsgericht te denken.
