Wil jij bouwen aan het succes van ondernemers in de regio Bilzen-Hoeselt? Ben jij een ervaren adviseur die energie haalt uit het begeleiden van zelfstandigen, starters en ondernemers? Wil je een echte sparringpartner zijn voor klanten en meebouwen aan hun professionele en privétoekomst? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

  • Heb jij ervaring in het adviseren van ondernemers en zelfstandigen?
  • Ben jij communicatief sterk en kun je goed relaties opbouwen?
  • Ben jij stressbestendig en durf je beslissingen te maken?

Als adviseur ga je het volgende doen:

  • Je begeleidt ondernemers, zelfstandigen en starters bij belangrijke financiële beslissingen.
  • Je adviseert over professionele kredieten en financiële oplossingen op maat.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit en ontwikkelt je eigen portefeuille verder.
  • Je werkt samen met specialisten om klanten te ondersteunen rond verzekeringen en vermogensopbouw.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op van advies tot realisatie.

Dit is het profiel dat we zoeken: jij hebt de drive om te slagen in deze rol en beschikt over de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de bankensector. Dit is EEN MUST omdat er maar een mogelijkheid is tot beperkte begeleiding
  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau
  • Je hebt een economische mindset en kunt balanslezen, advies geven over economische beslissingen en beschikt over boekhoudkundige kennis.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent communicatief ingesteld en blijft altijd respectvol naar klanten.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en deinst niet terug voor het maken van beslissingen.
