The posting

At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

What if we didn’t focus on who you are now, but who you could become?

Are you ready to shape the future? Join us at EY as a Graduate in Technology Risk, starting August 2027. We focus on your potential and provide a supportive environment to enhance your professional and personal skills.

The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As a Graduate in Technology Risk, you will join our Assurance team and work closely with IT managers, CFOs, CTOs, and CISOs across industries. Our team consists of 35 colleagues with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.

We are looking for analytical and structured individuals with an interest in IT audits, information security, risk management, and IT strategy. Your work will include:

  • IT audits and risk assessments: Interview stakeholders, understand business and IT processes, test controls, analyse documentation and data, and contribute to reports and recommendations.
  • IT General Controls and IT Environment Audits: Evaluate IT controls and identify risks related to financial reporting, compliance, and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and COBIT.
  • Service Provider and Technical Platform Audits: Assess controls across service providers, operating systems, databases, and networks.
  • Data Protection and Security: Support clients with GDPR compliance, information security assessments, and security maturity evaluations.
  • Technical Platform Audits: Conduct technical reviews of operating systems, databases, and networks, linking technical aspects to business processes.
  • Emerging Risk Areas: Work with topics such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud governance, DORA, NIS2, ESG, and third-party risk management.

We offer a range of experiences to help you grow in a personalized manner, fostering a culture of global teamwork. You will be surrounded by dedicated colleagues in an inclusive environment, with opportunities for social events to strengthen team cohesion.

Our internal coaching and training programs will equip you with the skills needed to remain relevant in the future, while you build a network of colleagues and mentors at EY.

What we look for

  • You have a growth-focused mindset. We value how you absorb information, learn and take action just as much as the skills you have gained through education and experience.
  • You are curious and purpose-driven. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and ask insightful questions that help build a better working world.
  • You are inclusive. You are actively seeking and valuing diverse perspectives, appreciating differences, and collaborating to create a foundation of safety and trust.
  • Qualifications:
  • You completed your studies in 2026 or are set to graduate in 2027.
  • You speak and write English fluently.
  • You hold, or expect to complete before joining, a relevant master’s degree within IT, information security, auditing, finance, data science, cybersecurity or a related field. You speak and write both Danish and English fluently, enabling you to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

What’s in it for you

  • An exciting introductory program with all new graduates in the Nordics.
  • A safe onboarding by your own personal buddy and counselor.
  • Flexible and hybrid-working conditions, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way.
  • Highly collaborative teams and great support of a network of knowledgeable colleagues.
  • Continuous development and opportunities to grow your own career through learnings and experiences. A structured learning journey with on-the-job coaching and opportunities to work toward relevant professional certifications.

What you can expect

If you find this position interesting and recognize yourself in the description above, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. Application deadline: 15 November 2026.

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

  1. Application: Submit your cover letter, CV and most recent grade transcript.
  2. Assessment: After submitting your application, you will receive a link to our assessment within a few days. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes and must be completed by 18 November.
  3. Video: Following the assessment, you are required to complete a brief video interview consisting of three questions outlining your motivation for this role. You can complete this at your convenience; however, it must be submitted by 22 November.
  4. Interview: Selected candidates will be invited to face-to-face interviews on an ongoing basis.

Please note that only applicants who have completed the assessment and video will be considered for the position. We look forward to receiving your application!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
