Du verbindest Cyberversicherung, Produktentwicklung und Carrier-Steuerung. In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du das Versicherungsportfolio und die MGA-Partnerschaften von Eye Security und entwickelst skalierbare Lösungen für unsere europäischen Märkte

DEINE AUFGABEN

Produktmanagement

- Du entwickelst unsere Cyber-Versicherungsprodukte in Deutschland, den Niederlanden, Österreich und weiteren Ländern weiter und verknüpfst sie eng mit unserem Cyber-Guard- und Incident-Response-Angebot. Bei Bedarf koordinierst du externe Partner.

- Du verfolgst Markt-, Carrier- und Brokertrends und passt Produkte sowie Bedingungswerke gezielt an.

- Du unterstützt das Underwriting-Team und unsere Kunden bei rechtlichen und versicherungstechnischen Fragen.

- Du erkennst Compliance-Risiken in allen Märkten frühzeitig und setzt rechtskonforme Lösungen für die jeweilige Rechtsordnung um.

- Du treibst die Einführung eines modularen Produktkonzepts voran und skalierst Abläufe durch Automatisierung.

Carrier Management

- Du steuerst das Carrier Management rechtlich und strategisch. Du verhandelst und verantwortest den Abschluss von Assekuradeurverträgen in der EU und im Vereinigten Königreich und steuerst Kapazitäten für KMU und Großrisiken.

- Du baust eine stabile, langfristige und diversifizierte Carrier-Basis auf, die unserem Geschäftsmodell bestmöglich entspricht.

- Du verantwortest alle MGA-Verträge, koordinierst Verlängerungen und baust ein Claims-Management auf, das unsere Profitabilitätsziele mit den Anforderungen der Carrier verbindet.

DEIN PROFIL

- Du verfügst über fundiertes juristisches Wissen im Bereich Cyber-Versicherung in Deutschland, den Niederlanden oder einem anderen EU-Land. Eine juristische Qualifikation als Rechtsanwalt beziehungsweise vergleichbare juristische Expertise ist ein Plus.

- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Cyber-Produkten und Bedingungswerken aus dem Underwriting und/oder der Schadenabwicklung mit.

- Du verstehst Cyber-Compliance und regulatorische Anforderungen und hast praktische Erfahrung mit Incident-Response- und Präventionslösungen.

- Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest strukturiert und detailorientiert und möchtest etwas aufbauen und skalieren.

- Du arbeitest selbstständig, trittst sicher auf und bist verlässlich. Es gelingt dir, andere mitzunehmen.

- Du verhandelst souverän mit Kunden und Partnern, bist belastbar und übernimmst Verantwortung.

- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch sowie auf Deutsch oder Niederländisch.
