Wil jij verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een professioneel beveiligingsteam en zorgen dat alles op locatie goed verloopt?

Als Supervisor Security stuur je dagelijks een team aan, houd je overzicht en zorg je dat de beveiliging volgens afspraak en op niveau wordt uitgevoerd. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de beveiligers op locatie en werkt nauw samen met je collega’s. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zaken zelf op te pakken en bent verantwoordelijk voor een heldere communicatie en een sterk team.

Wat ga je doen:

Als Supervisor Security zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden goed verlopen. Je:

  • geeft leiding aan beveiligers, aspirant-beveiligers en de Assistant Supervisor;
  • maakt de planning en lost knelpunten in de bezetting op;
  • bewaakt de kwaliteit, KPI's en uitvoering van de beveiligingswerkzaamheden;
  • begeleidt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun inwerkperiode;
  • houdt toezicht op opleidingen, certificaten en de training matrix;
  • bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en stemt verzuim af met HR;
  • verwerkt verlofaanvragen en zorgt voor een correcte urenadministratie;
  • voert werkoverleggen en draagt bij aan een goede sfeer binnen het team;
  • controleert regelmatig de werkwijze, uitstraling en kwaliteit op locatie;
  • onderhoudt contact met de klant wanneer dat nodig is;
  • signaleert verbeterpunten en bespreekt deze met de Field Coördinator;
  • zorgt dat procedures, wet- en regelgeving en veiligheidsafspraken worden nageleefd;
  • draait mee in de bereikbaarheids- en achterwachtdienst.

Je werkt voornamelijk in dag- en avonddiensten. In deze functie ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet je wat er binnen het team speelt.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • bij voorkeur een MBO 3 Coördinator Beveiliging of vergelijkbaar niveau;
  • ervaring met het aansturen van collega's;
  • een goed gevoel voor planning en organisatie;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een zelfstandige en besluitvaardige werkhouding;
  • aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en de ontwikkeling van collega's;
  • de flexibiliteit om volgens rooster en bereikbaarheidsdiensten te werken.
