Wie zoeken we

Als jij die vakkundige, enthousiaste en op hospitality gerichte Opticien bent, die op professionele wijze het vak wil uitoefenen dan moet je bij ons zijn.

Als opticien doe je vakkundig uitgebreide oogmetingen, help en adviseer je de klanten op een vriendelijke en geduldige manier. We hechten zeer veel belang aan een goede relatie met onze klanten. Daarom verdiep jij je in iedere persoon die je helpt. Je luistert naar de noden en wensen van de klant en samen met een betrokken team zorg je ervoor dat elke klant meer dan tevreden naar buiten gaat. Je bent behulpzaam en zeer servicegericht zodat klanten blijven terugkomen.

Omdat ons vakgebied altijd in ontwikkeling is, ben je nooit uitgeleerd. Je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen wat de functie extra uitdagend maakt! Met doorgroeimogelijkheden tot vestigingsmanager.

Wat we vragen

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als opticien.
  • Ervaring als vestigingsmanager is een plus, we staan open voor talent die al even meedraait en toe is aan de volgende stap in zijn/haar carrière.
  • Organisatorisch sterk.
  • Beschikbaarheid van 38 uur per week, minder bespreekbaar.
  • Klantgerichtheid en empathische instelling.
  • In bezit van een erkend Diploma Optiek.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen voor vaktrainingen naar Naarden in Nederland.
