Als vestigingsmanager stuur je niet alleen het team aan, maar ben je ook een mentor en inspirator. Je hebt ervaring in het leiden van teams naar succes en je weet hoe je de motivatie en betrokkenheid van je teamleden kunt vergroten. Jouw focus ligt niet alleen op het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen, maar ook op het creëren van een cultuur waar klanttevredenheid en service centraal staan. Je bent een visionair die graag nieuwe ideeën en strategieën ontwikkelt om de winkel naar nieuwe hoogten te brengen.
