Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung, das Testing, die Planung und den Versand von Newslettern und E-Mail-Kampagnen in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Du baust automatisierte E-Mails und Customer Journeys im Journey Builder auf und pflegst diese kontinuierlich
  • Du erstellst und verwaltest Zielgruppenselektionen, Data Extensions und Segmentierungen
  • Du setzt Personalisierungen und dynamische Inhalte zielgruppengerecht um
  • Du bereitest Kampagnen für verschiedene Märkte und Sprachen vor und setzt diese erfolgreich um
  • Du führst sorgfältige Qualitätskontrollen (QA) hinsichtlich Inhalten, Links, Personalisierungen, Zielgruppen, Tracking und E-Mail-Darstellung durch
  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von A/B-Tests und leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab
  • Du übernimmst das Monitoring und die Analyse der Kampagnenperformance anhand relevanter KPIs wie Klickraten, Conversions und Abmelderaten
  • Du vergleichst die Ergebnisse mit Erwartungen, Benchmarks und vergangenen Kampagnen
  • Du optimierst kontinuierlich wiederkehrende Aufgaben durch Templates, Automatisierungen und standardisierte Prozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im E-Mail-Marketing, CRM oder Kampagnenmanagement mit
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über praktische Erfahrung mit der Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in HTML/CSS und bist sicher im Umgang mit der Anpassung von E-Mail-Templates
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine sehr strukturierte, sorgfältige und effiziente Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail, insbesondere bei Zielgruppenselektionen, Personalisierungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis relevanter E-Mail- und Conversion-KPIs und kannst Kampagnenergebnisse analysieren und interpretieren
  • Du denkst proaktiv und suchst nach Möglichkeiten, wiederkehrende manuelle Aufgaben einfacher, effizienter und nachhaltiger zu gestalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
