Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst kreative Kampagnenkonzepte und ansprechende Inhalte für unsere CRM-Kommunikation
  • Du verfasst überzeugende Newsletter-Texte, Betreffzeilen, Headlines und Call-to-Actions, die unsere Kund:innen begeistern und aktivieren
  • Du übernimmst die eigenständige Betreuung unserer Direct-Mail-Kampagnen – vom kreativen Briefing und Copywriting bis hin zur Produktion und Umsetzung
  • Du passt Kampagneninhalte an unterschiedliche Märkte, Zielgruppen und Kundensegmente an
  • Du unterstützt die operative Umsetzung von Newslettern und CRM-Kampagnen in Salesforce Marketing Cloud – von der Erstellung bis zum Versand
  • Du analysierst die Performance unserer Kampagnen, leitest Erkenntnisse ab und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale
  • Du bringst kreative Ideen für A/B-Tests und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Kampagnen ein

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung im Bereich CRM, Direktmarketing, Content Marketing oder Kampagnenmanagement
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte Copywriting-Fähigkeiten und ein Gespür für ansprechende sowie aktivierende Kundenkommunikation
  • Du denkst kreativ und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Storytelling, Design und konsistente Markenkommunikation
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Direct-Mail-Kampagnen sowie in der Koordination kreativer Projekte
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten und parallelen Deadlines den Überblick
  • Du verfügst über ein analytisches Verständnis und bist neugierig darauf, herauszufinden, was erfolgreiche Kampagnen ausmacht
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist aus
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
