Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Store-Teams sowie der Area Store Manager in deiner Region.
  • Mit regelmäßigen Mitarbeitergesprächen förderst du individuelle Stärken und unterstützt die persönliche Weiterentwicklung im Team.
  • Die Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich – dabei hast du stets den langfristigen Erfolg im Blick.
  • Für das Budget sowie die P&L in deiner Region trägst du die Verantwortung und steuerst diese zielgerichtet.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Umsatz und EBITDA.
  • Auch die Planung und Umsetzung von regionalen Marketing- und Angebotsaktionen gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Als Vorbild lebst du unsere Führungs- und Unternehmenskultur und stellst sicher, dass sie im Team spürbar verankert ist.

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Regionalleitung, idealerweise im filialisierten Einzelhandel.
  • Deine fundierte Erfahrung im Einzelhandel bildet die Basis für dein Verständnis operativer Abläufe und kundenorientierter Prozesse.
  • Eine Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Handel ist wünschenswert.
  • Mit deiner ausgeprägten Zahlenaffinität behältst du den Überblick über betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und leitest daraus gezielt Maßnahmen ab.
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung zeichnen dich aus – und du scheust dich nicht, auch selbst mit anzupacken.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen klaren Kopf.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
