Ein typischer Tag bei uns:

  • Das Qualitätsmanagement im Store liegt in deiner Hand, dabei sicherst du die Qualität unserer Brillen für den Verkauf
  • Du bietest einen Rundum-Service - von Auswahl und Beratung, über Anpassung der Brillen bis hin zu kleineren Reparaturen und der Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Die Durchführung von Refraktionen und Analyse von Korrektionswerten gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Du berätst Kund:innen kompetent und modebewusst und begeisterst sie für unsere eyes + more Brillen als modisches Accessoire, indem du aktiv zuhörst und ihre Wünsche verstehst
  • Dabei arbeiten wir im Team zusammen, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen

Damit begeisterst du uns:

  • Dir fällt es leicht Kund:innen mit deiner aufgeschlossenen, stets serviceorientierten Art für ihre neue Brille zu begeistern und kannst die individuellen Bedürfnisse immer zielsicher analysieren
  • Die Beratung der Kund:innen macht dir Spaß und findest immer die perfekte Brille für jeden Anlass
  • Bei der Durchführung von Sehtests hilft dir deine Fachkompetenz und dein augenoptisches Know-How
  • Es macht dir Spaß, im Team gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
