Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst dein Team und gehst stets als positives Vorbild voran, indem du deine Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen motivierst
  • Neben der Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung verantwortest du die Inventuren und sorgst hinter den Kulissen dafür, dass alle administrativen Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen
  • Du berätst Kund:innen kompetent und modebewusst und begeisterst sie für unsere eyes + more Brillen als modisches Accessoire, indem du aktiv zuhörst und ihre Wünsche verstehst
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Kolleg:innen erfolgreich in unser Team integriert werden und sich schnell zurechtfinden
  • Du arbeitest im Team zusammen, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen

Dein Profil:

  • Du bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalführung mit (idealerweise als Store Leitung) und lebst eine hohe Mitarbeiter- und Kundenorientierung
  • Auch in stressigen Situationen handelst du ruhig, kompetent und fair
  • Du hast Spaß an deiner Arbeit und liebst es, im Team gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Durch dein Interesse an Mode und Fashion kennst du stets die neuesten Trends
  • Quereinsteiger anderer Branchen willkommen – Wir machen dich zum Verkaufsprofi in der Optikerbranche!

Je nach individueller Qualifikation und Vordienstzeit gilt für diese Position ein KV – Mindestgehalt von €2.668,69 Brutto pro Monat bei einem Beschäftigungsgrad von 100%.
