Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben in der Forschung und Entwicklung. Dazu gehören die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung diagnostischer Assays, Analyse- und Auswertemethoden, sowie proteinchemische Arbeiten und die Durchführung chemischer, biochemischer und instrumenteller Analytik. Darüber hinaus stellen Sie Muster und Prototypen für Labor- und klinische Versuche her und wirken am Test sowie an der Validierung neuer Messsysteme und Prototypen mit. Bei Bedarf unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Chemische Produktion und übernehmen ggf. Verantwortung für die Labororganisation sowie die Gerätewartung.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant/in, CTA, Biologielaborant/in, BTA oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Idealerweise bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Forschung und Entwicklung mit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Diagnostik, sowie praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau von Messsystemen. Darüber hinaus sind Sie mit analytischen und präparativen Arbeiten vertraut und arbeiten eigenständig bei der Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Experimenten. Kenntnisse in GLP und Proteinchemie sowie Erfahrung in einer regulierten Arbeitsumgebung nach ISO 13485 oder ISO 9001 sind von Vorteil. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Flexibilität, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Entwicklungsumfeld.
