This full-time position offers the chance to join a thriving, modern private practice dedicated to full-scope eye care. The practice is equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic technology, providing the ideal environment to deliver exceptional patient care and stay at the forefront of the field.

Position Highlights:

  • Competitive W2 salary starting at $145,000, plus a lucrative bonus structure after 90 days of employment (averaging $125/week additional)
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Up to 6 days of PTO/sick days annually
  • 10 vacation days after the first 90 days
  • 7 paid holidays
  • Continuing education allowance ($1,500 annually)
  • Employer-paid state license fees, DEA, and controlled substance certifications
  • 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match after one year
