An established healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join their team. By adhering to the latest disease management protocols and clinical pathways, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our overall clinical performance. Benefits:

  • Full-time position or Part-time availability considered
  • Starting at $140,000 (full-time)
  • Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential (distributed quarterly)
  • The comprehensive benefits package is valued at approximately 25% of the salary
  • Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Some flexibility in working hours available

Requirements:

  • An active Tennessee optometry license or the ability to obtain one is necessary.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • The position requires a candidate with a few years of relevant experience, but new graduates may be considered.
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for caring for underserved populations and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
